Once you see a product or service that you are interested in placing an order for, simply use the contact form on that page to fill in your details and specify your requirements. A member of our Team will then get in touch either via email or phone to provide you with further details as well as providing you with an Ordering Link to make payment (if applicable).
In order to make ordering a flexible process for our clients, we have several payment options available when you are ready to place an order.
You can pay securely online using a Special Order Link and paying by debit/credit card (uses the Barclaycard secure payment gateway). We can also accept payment by BACS/CHAPS if you would prefer to pay directly into the Marketing Empire bank account. Other options include Cheques and PayPal.
When discussing your project requirements with a member of our Team, simply state what payment method you would prefer and you will be provided with full details of how to make payment, along with your invoice.
:: Website and Internet FAQ's
This really depends on the complexity of the project. Our Team have completed small website projects and had them signed off within 10 days; and other projects with full E-commerce integration and linking to our warehousing facility have taken up to 3 months. The best thing is to contact us prior to starting your project and discuss the full details of your requirements - we can then give you a very close idea of how long your website will take to build/test/launch.

2) We will give you a call to discuss the project in greater detail and provide you with a full proposal
3) We take 50% payment upfront to begin the project
4) Our designers will create 2-3 website concepts for you
5) Once the design is tweaked to your liking, the developers begin creating your website
6) Your website will be tested on completion, ready for you to sign off
7) 50% final payment is taken
8) We launch your website on the designated domain for the World to see
:: Printing FAQ's
Delivery times are variable based on the items you're having printed. Some items such as short-run letterheads and business cards can take 2-4 days for delivery; large-run flyers/leaflets generally take 5-8 days to deliver; and booklet/folder projects can take 7-12 days for delivery. Leadtimes vary based on the complexity of the project, but you can find out how long your goods will take to deliver prior to placing an order on our Print Website at www.PrintEmpire.co.uk by contacting the Team.
If your project is for an urgent deadline, please contact us prior to ordering and we will let you know whether it is possible to meet your deadline, and for us to also be aware of the time constraints.

This ensures you are 100% happy about the quality of goods we produce before you invest a penny with us.
